It’s time vendors and purchasers had more options
RealFuture has created a solution that addresses serious shortcomings in the Australian property market that are affecting many people in the community. These include:
- Limited options available for people over the age of 60 years who want easy access to equity in their home to enjoy life and plan their retirement.
- The difficulty experienced by 20 to 30-year-olds who want to buy their first home and face a market that continues to grow and become further out of reach while they try to save their deposit.
- The anxiety experienced by vendors and purchasers who are forced to make important financial and lifestyle decisions within the high-pressure environment of short-term (30 to 90 day) settlements.
The founders behind RealFuture have a vision of a better alternative for anyone experiencing any of these scenarios when buying or selling property. A longer settlement period provides time to plan for the future, and the sharing of any increase in property value during the settlement period aligns the interests of both purchasers and sellers.
